What is a Microlot?

A microlot is a small batch of coffee from a specific area of the farm, processed separately to preserve its unique characteristics. These lots are limited in quantity and exceptional in quality.

Our microlots at Finca La Paz undergo rigorous selection, with only the most perfect cherries making the cut. Each microlot tells a unique story of its terroir, variety, and processing method.
